Reminders:
~Your monthly tuition statements are sent via email that is on file. Hand the payment directly to a staff member or mail it.
~Please be patient during drop off and pick up times. There are only 2 staff- one stationed at each door to perform these tasks. Calling Sonshine when you are 5 minutes away during pick up allows us some time to gather your child and their belongings. This helps keep the amount of adults waiting outside to a minimum. Thank you for your cooperation.

Children are a gift from God. They have not been haphazardly formed or birthed.
They have been created in the image of God. They have been entrusted to us for our nurture and care.
Children and adults need each other.

A Christmas Letter from Jesus

When you look for me at Christmas,
You won’t need a special star.

I’m no longer just in Bethlehem,
I’m right here where you are.

You may not be aware of me
In the middle of all the celebrations.

You’ll have to look beyond the stores,
and all the decorations.

But if you take a moment
from your list of things to do,
To close your eyes and say a prayer,
I’m waiting here for you.

You’re the one I want to be with,
You’re the reason that I came!

And you’ll find me in the stillness
Where I’m whispering your name.

Sonshine holds a STAR 4 designation the highest designation awarded by the Department of Welfare. We strive every day to ensure that each child reaches their individual potential by providing materials and activities appropriate for their developmental level. We have resources that allow for the overachievers as well as those who need extra help to succeed every day.

Children are a gift from God. They have not been haphazardly formed or birthed. They have been created in the image of God. They have been entrusted to us for our nurture and care. Children and adults need each other.

Our Food Basket Program is dedicated to helping families in our local area.  This month, through the generosity of our families, several families were helped with food baskets.  As a continued outreach of Sonshine, we ask that every family donate just ONE non-perishable item (breakfast foods, diapers , wipes, household cleaning products, etc.) EVERY WEEK.  Let’s work together at serving those in time of need.
